Flowmetrics’ key philosophy is built around customer support. All product is shipped out of our Sydney warehouse and key personnel are located in most Australian states.

Over-the-phone customer support is available from Flowmetrics’ own metering specialists during AEST standard business hours. With a “no hassle” guarantee, a replacement meter can be shipped out within 24 hours, or even the same day if possible.
